I occasionally watch Supernanny (at the moment the American series is on), and I suddenly realised that me kids aren't as bad as I thought. I aspire to be a great mom, but it is a very, very trying process. I do sometimes wonder if the choices and decisions I make are the right ones. But I suppose any parent feels that way (god I hope so). Anyway, after elbowing my husband in the ribs to wake him up. We watched the most horrid children I had ever seen. My kids suddenly became angels in a split second. I did however go online immediately and ordered all of her books. Juggling 5 children is at times, insane. (I have 2 boys from a previous relationship - age 9 & 7, My husband has 2 boys from a previous marriage - age 6 & 4, and we now have a daughter - age 8 months). I would definitely recommend Jo Frost (supernanny) to anyone who feels they need some order in their lives. I also went onto the supernanny website to download the rewards charts, which seem to be working really well.
So here's to Supernanny - my new super woman.
